We want to acknowledge and let you know how much we appreciate all your hard work and commitment to the sale of our property. Your ideas on what needed to be done to the property before posting it for sale made all the difference. You maintained contact with our property management team to assure the property was in pristine condition and supervised repairs to the gas fireplace, etc. Thus, four hours after posting the property for sale it was sold at the asking price. This is unheard of in our area. You, personally, worked out all the glitches with the buyer's offer, provided us with your expertise in resolving their issues, and counseled us on various issues. During the process, you became like a member of the family; in fact, we spoke almost daily. In addition to selling our property, you established contact with our local tax consultant and put us in contact with a Hawaii tax expert for the purpose of trying to reduce the astronomical tax burden. After we contracted with the Hawaiian tax expert, you assured us that he had all the required paperwork to go about his task. Most noteworthy, since we reside out of state, you took the time to contact us and forward the escrow papers on the day escrow closed. Thus, we were able to assure that the funds from the sale of the property were received by our bank and placed in a secure account. She is a great listener and very gifted with problem solving. She understands the vast home values in different locations on the Big Island.
